With over 10 years of experience in the OSHC and ELC industries, I’ve had the privilege of starting as a trainee educator and advancing through various roles, all while supporting and leading exceptional teams.

 

Throughout my career, I've witnessed first hand the growth and development of many educators, and I've been fortunate to play a part in their success.

My passion for creating custom resources emerged early, and as I gained deeper insight into the industry, I developed materials that helped my teams achieve remarkable results. This experience ignited my desire to support OSHC professionals by providing practical, engaging, and industry-specific resources that truly make a difference.

Creativity has always been at the heart of my approach—whether it’s curating beautiful learning environments or designing engaging provocations. I thrive on the challenge of transforming everyday items into interactive play opportunities that spark children's curiosity and imagination. If I could focus solely on this, I’d be in my element!

What began as a personal portfolio on Instagram in 2023 to share resources, provocations, and physical environments from our before- and after-school care settings, quickly grew into something much larger. It became clear to me that there was a significant gap in OSHC-specific resources. Motivated by this need, I began creating tailored tools to support the unique requirements of OSHC professionals.

My ultimate goal is to empower OSHC educators by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in their roles. I want to help educators find balance in their work-life routine, reduce turnover, and ultimately celebrate the invaluable impact they have on children’s lives. Through practical and thoughtfully designed resources, I hope to contribute to a more fulfilling and sustainable career in the OSHC field.
